Use this form when you are talking about playing an instrument.

### Examples

- Я играю на гитаре. (I play the guitar.)
- Ты играешь на пианино. (You play the piano.)
- Он играет на скрипке. (He plays the violin.)

## Играть + в

Use this form when you are talking about playing a game or sport.

Form: играть в + [accusative case](../Cases/Accusative.md)

### Examples

- Я играю в футбол. (I play football.)
